We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to join our workforce management team.

As a key member of our dedicated team, you will support the Group General Manager and team with various administrative and program management tasks.

You will be responsible for diary and travel management, budget monitoring, taking meeting minutes, following up actions, and providing status updates across projects.

You will also plan and coordinate programs and activities relating to Workforce Management, perform quality control audits, and assist with delivery of programs of work as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience as a program coordinator or relevant EA/senior administration position
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting
  • Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint presentations and Excel
  • Excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality due to access to sensitive personnel and business data
  • Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box – creative thinking towards resolution
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant qualifications or industry experience

Compensation and Benefits

We estimate the salary range for this role to be $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
