Our Cyber team is crucial for all aspects of Cyber Security including strategy, architecture, identity, cyber governance, detection, response, data protection, and security services.
About the Role
This position reports to the Head of Identity and plays a pivotal role in improving Identity and Access Management services.
You will lead conversations with various business areas to shape their strategic outcomes, curate the backlog for the identity domain, and protect customers and team members.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead pipeline management for the Identity domain liaising with Identity SMEs and domain leadership;
- Engage with technology and business stakeholders for identity and access management services building positive relationships and delivering key capabilities;
- Establish and maintain relationships between Technology and business teams;
- Understand Cyber Security policies and standards and security requirements across systems lifecycle for new or changes to existing IAM products and services;
- Support digital channels in large organisations with a strong customer-centric focus;
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven portfolio management skills managing scope time cost quality risk and stakeholder management;
- Experience with Identity and Access Management technology and solutions such as Azure AD CyberArk Microfocus SailPoint;
- Experience working agile and in a highly complex environment;
- Exceptional collaboration influencing and communication skills with clear effective written communication;
- A tertiary degree in Technology Cyber Security Project Management or equivalent desirable.
