As a Landscaping Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks related to gardening and landscaping. This includes digging, manual handling of heavy materials, dismantling structures, planting trees and shrubs according to specifications, mulching, laying weed mat, and turfing including prepping the base and correct installation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong physical fitness levels, have no issues getting their hands dirty, and be willing to learn new skills. They must also demonstrate respect for themselves and the work site/property.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a labourer role, preferably within the gardening or landscaping industry, or be a current horticulture student. They should also possess excellent attention to detail and high personal standards.

Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hat, long pants, and steel cap boots, must be worn at all times. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

While experience with installation of Paving, Concreting, Retaining Walls, and Timber Structures would be advantageous, it is not required. However, an Australian Business Number (ABN) will be necessary due to the nature of the business.

Work details include an 8 hour shift, working during day time hours, and being punctual.
