About the Role

Camp Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our OSHC services in the Sydney metro area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Coordinators to deliver high-quality OSHC experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of services across the Sydney metro area, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
  • Provide support for people matters, nurture relationships with schools, and resolve parent/school enquiries.
  • Lead a team of Coordinators to deliver high-quality OSHC experiences, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in a childcare or OSHC setting.
  • Ability to mentor a team to its fullest potential, offering support, guidance, and direction.
  • Completed Diploma (or above) in childcare and First Aid Level 2 Certificate.
