Regional NSW Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale construction projects in Regional NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the client representative with the head contractor to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage cost plans, monitor expenses, and maintain budget control.
- Establish and lead project governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage tendering documentation and processes.
- Administer contracts and supervise construction works on site.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and environmental considerations.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering.
- Proven experience in a Project Manager position, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead project governance processes.
- Based in Regional NSW, with a strong understanding of the local construction market.
