Job Summary

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and contribute to the success of our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and uplifting our Project Risk Management Framework, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and supports quality outcomes through continuous review, maturation, and improvement.

This role will focus on contributing to the continuous improvement of our Delivery Framework and associated tooling, working closely with peers within our Enterprise Enablement team and other key stakeholders across Business and lines of defence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Risk Management Framework: Ensure it aligns with industry standards and supports quality outcomes through continuous review, maturation, and improvement.
  • Delivery Framework: Enhance the framework and associated tools to optimize project delivery.
  • Collaboration: Establish clear accountabilities and integrate project risk management practices with broader enterprise-wide standards.
  • Risk Management Capability: Develop and implement risk frameworks, assurance programs, and education initiatives to promote best practices across Lines of Business.
  • Advisory and Coaching: Support major projects and programs in establishing robust risk management practices, challenging risks, and fostering a risk-aware culture.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in applying project risk management, ISO 31000, COBIT.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in project risk management techniques, enterprise risk management, assurance, and executive reporting.
