About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator to fill a full-time position in our organization. This role is responsible for accurately and comprehensively quoting vehicles for repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  • Quoting vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer procedures
  • Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  • Conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging onsite
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinating with suppliers to record and authorize additional work in a timely manner
  • Assisting with production management of the centre where necessary
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Handing over completed repairs to customers
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience within a similar position, including estimating and quotation preparation in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Experience with AudaNet would be highly desirable
  • Ibody experience is desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Strong systems experience and proficient computer abilities
  • Excel experience is an advantage but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Problem solving with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to working safely
