We are seeking skilled professionals to assess vehicle damage and negotiate safe and cost-effective repairs.
About the RoleAs a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will bring your experience in assessing vehicle damage or leverage your industry expertise gained through trade qualifications in panel beating, spray painting, or motor mechanics (Cert III) to assess vehicle damage.
You will manage a diverse range of motor claims, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes while negotiating cost-effective repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the assessment and repair process, negotiating cost-effective and safe repairs.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by providing superior service and support.
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners and internal teams.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals and contribute to the team success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics plus 5 years post-trade work experience.
- Demonstrated experience preparing repair estimates and delivering customer service excellence.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
