Your Key Responsibilities:- Assess damage to commercial motor vehicles using trade expertise to ensure accurate and transparent repair estimates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders across multiple brands.
- Achieve commercial motor vehicle assessment outcomes through national frameworks and approved supply chain models.
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Motor Repair Trades (spray painting, mechanic or panel beating).
- Demonstrate an understanding of various vehicle types, including passenger vehicles, caravans, motorcycles, pleasure craft, heavy machinery, agricultural farm machinery, farm vehicles, and commercially modified vehicles.
- Be committed to delivering mutually beneficial insurance solutions.
- Hold experience working with brokers and business partners.
- Exhibit decision-making and critical thinking skills.
