Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our team at our Wongan Hills Branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling parts and services to meet customer needs, while focusing on continuously improving our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell parts and services to meet customer needs, providing expert advice and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Focus on continuously improving our market share through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Supply the Service Department with parts as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays in the branch showroom, showcasing our products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Participate in inward and outward stock control, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Timely ordering of parts and communication with customers to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Computer skills with accurate data entry and record-keeping, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer relations skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Forklift license would be an advantage, but not essential.
