Job Title: Associate Dispenser

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Retail Assistant to join our team in Albury. The successful candidate will be involved in the customer's optical retail journey from initial consultation and pre-testing to customizing high-fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their optical retail journey from inquiry through post-purchase support.
  • Manage the customer journey from initial consult and pre-testing to customizing high-fashion frames from luxury brands to suit their lifestyle.
  • Contribute to a world-class customer experience and brand presentation.
  • Participate in training programs and mentoring provided by the company.
  • Engage in local and global volunteering opportunities with OneSight where offered.
