Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have proven experience in document control within construction or related industries. You will be responsible for working with the Quality Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with established document naming conventions. Additionally, you will provide quality control admin support to the construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve existing document control procedures within the first two weeks of the role.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with established document naming conventions in use by the business.
- Ensure documents are checked, reviewed, registered and distributed in accordance with established procedures or standards.
- Process outgoing documentation to clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers/third parties.
- Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required.
