Clinical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Clinical Documentation Specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records.

  • Assist in executing health information requests and patient records inquiries.
  • Enter PAS assessments into patient records and submit OASIS reports.
  • Process data for surveys, post-discharge outcome studies, and mailing lists.
  • Audit patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality of patient information while demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
