Speech Pathology Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team in delivering high-quality therapeutic services across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with diverse clients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • About the Role:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver speech pathology services in schools, homes, and the community
  • Develop individualized treatment goals using clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor graduates (for senior roles)
  • Stay informed of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude motivated by growth and learning
  • A desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
