Import Operations Specialist

A dynamic opportunity has arisen within our national operations team due to sustained growth. As an Import FAK Operations professional, you will be responsible for the complete import FAK operational process, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Control the entire Import FAK operational process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and process all documentation, guaranteeing compliance and adherence to regulations.
- Manage costing and accruals, maintaining precise records and rate-cards.
- Provide timely status updates to a portfolio of valued clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Import FAK Operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience working on CW1, with a solid understanding of its intricacies.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to working with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration.
