An exciting opportunity has arisen due to sustained growth. The company is seeking a highly skilled Import FAK Operations professional to join their national operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import logistics and experience working with complex supply chains.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Control the complete import FAK operational process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently, maintaining high levels of quality and compliance.

• Manage costing and accruals, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective budgeting.

• Provide exceptional customer service, delivering regular status updates to a portfolio of clients.

**Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import FAK operations, with a strong understanding of complex supply chains.

• Previous experience working with CW1, with a proven track record of success.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
