About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Import FAK Operations professional to join our client's national operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the complete import FAK operations process, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control the complete Import FAK Operational process on CW1.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and processed accordingly.
  • Ensure all costing & accruals are entered per rate-cards.
  • Provide status updates to a portfolio of clients.
Requirements
  • 3 years minimum experience within Import FAK Operations.
  • Previous experience working on CW1.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
  • Exposure to working with internal and external stakeholders.
