Spinifex Recruiting is proud to partner with Bouygues Construction to recruit and supply skilled labourers for the Culcairn Solar Farm project.

About Our Client:

Bouygues Construction is a leading civil engineering company with a global presence, providing world-class services in building, civil engineering, earthworks, renewable energy, and mining services.

The Role:

This is a casual labourer position, working 6 days a week, Monday to Friday 7:00am-16:45pm and Saturday 8:00am-12pm. The successful candidate will be transported by bus from Albury/Wodonga to the worksite in Culcairn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labour tasks, including carrying and moving materials
  • Assist the team with the installation of mounting structures and solar panels
  • Participate in site setup and clean-up activities

Requirements:

  • Experience with handheld power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 20 kg
  • Valid white card (if not already held, please contact Safework NSW to obtain a replacement)
  • Pass a pre-employment medical examination and drug & alcohol test
  • Availability to attend an information/assessment centre
