About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Despatch Administrator to join our team at National Workforce. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing our despatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our despatch inbox, utilizing strong organisational skills to handle multiple queries and tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate despatch activities, including pallet control, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries from Head Quarters and triaging calls efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Utilize Excel to maintain accurate records, demonstrating strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Work under pressure with a sense of urgency, ensuring all tasks are completed reliably and on time.

About You:

  • You have customer service experience and are a natural problem solver who excels in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have proven experience in a despatch or logistics environment and are familiar with systems such as Manhattan, SAP, or similar software.
  • You possess strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage data effectively.
  • You are a team player with attention to detail, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
