Job Title: Associate Director, Global TMF

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Global TMF team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall TMF strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead TMF process improvements and assess their global impact.
  • Communicate organizational goals and objectives and implement strategic decisions regarding TMF.
  • Oversee the evaluation of processes to ensure organizational responsibilities are met, manage resourcing, and identify needs for TMF processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience of 8+ years within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
  • Strong leadership and management experience, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and influence others.
