Clinical Trial Associate Role

You will have the opportunity to work with a leading pharma & biotech company, helping them advance new drugs and devices.

  • Support preparation of submission packages (IRB/ERC, regulatory agencies)
  • Trail and site administration: tracking and updating study metrics
  • Setup and maintain TMF/eTMF, documents collection and quality check
  • Liaise with clinical sites, as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordination on drug supply planning, provision and destruction process, trial equipment and materials planning and management
  • Vendor management: printing, translation and other vendors
  • Distribution of site materials and equipment
  • Meetings coordination

Key Requirements:

  • Previous clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or investigative site
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Australian study start-up processes knowledge
  • Attention to detail, passion and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Essential Documents, CFR and GCP/ICH
  • Proficiency in technological systems (Microsoft Office, TMF, CTMS)
