Job Title: Structural Design Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Specialist to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our industrial and water business, you will have the opportunity to lead structural designs for steel structures across hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and successful solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead structural designs for steel structures
  • Manage project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions for clients
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, with experience in general industrial steel structures (knowledge of concrete design would also be beneficial). You should have developed a solid foundation in structural design, analysis, and documentation, and be eager to step into a role with more technical responsibility and client interaction.
