Medical Liaison Officer Role

We are seeking a friendly and confident Medical Liaison Officer to join our successful team in the Northern Beaches. This role will be responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting our services within the Sydney North area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage current referrer relationships, whilst building relationships with new referrers & identifying opportunities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue on growth strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational events and marketing materials for healthcare professionals.
Role CompetenciesEssential:
  • Positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Current Drivers Licence & own vehicle is essential.
  • Articulate, well presented and professional.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners.
Desirable:
  • Experience with Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology.
  • Demonstrated relationship management experience, preferably in healthcare.
