Catholic Healthcare is a trusted, leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home care, retirement living and healthcare reaching across NSW and SE QLD, with a strong and proud history of providing care and support to people of all faiths, backgrounds, and ethnicities, for more than 27 years.

We are growing our Residential Care Operations team and have 3 newly created roles as Regional Support Manager. Reporting to a Regional Manager, this key leadership role is an ideal opportunity for an Aged Care Manager looking to take the next step in their career. In addition to ensuring clinical standards and commercial measures are met and maintained across all homes, this role will drive consistency and build capability at the Residential Manager level and cover Residential Managers onsite as needed.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Provide guidance and support to the residential leadership team to optimise performance and minimise risk.
- Support homes to achieve financial performance plan and metrics.
- Coach the residential leadership team to ensure their teams are engaged, suitably qualified, and well-supported.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the home is providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

RN registration with AHPRA is essential as is a current drivers license and own motor vehicle as this role will require frequent travel to our homes within a specific region. On offer is the opportunity to lead an experienced, supportive team and drive significant positive change.
