About the Role

The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize and focus initiatives for maximum impact. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing customized Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives tailored to the APAC market.
  • Owning the calendar of L&D initiatives and planning their administration using a range of resources.
  • Building relationships with global stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage global initiatives and ensure consistency where relevant.
  • Partnering with the People Team and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs.
  • Implementing L&D initiatives based on these needs to drive business growth and improve people performance.
