Asset Management Specialist

Job Role

This key role requires you to act as an interface between field crews and our Asset Management team, ensuring safety concerns are effectively captured and addressed.

  • Investigate and implement new equipment and work practices that improve safety outcomes
  • Support the integration of practical field insights into asset standards, designs, and risk assessments
  • Enhance our ability to proactively mitigate safety risks across the distribution network and zone substations

As a successful candidate, you will have solid industry experience in electrical supply and distribution network knowledge, as well as:

  • Experience operating in the electrical environment with a strong safety focus
  • Developed strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with field and office-based workers
  • Experience in risk assessment & management techniques
