About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Director to join our Zone Operations and Coordination team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing allocated resources, setting work area priorities, and developing strategies to evaluate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Director will be accountable for managing and leading a team, providing clear and consistent communication, and setting clear performance and behavioural standards. They will also be responsible for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements, sharing their expertise with others, and guiding and mentoring less experienced employees.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have demonstrated experience in team management in a service delivery environment, as well as the ability to think critically and identify issues to deliver continuous improvement activities. They will also need to have highly developed communication, organisation, and negotiation skills, as well as exceptional stakeholder engagement and liaison skills.
