Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Studio Coordinator to manage campaign delivery and creative workflow in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in coordinating work through the internal studio, ensuring deadlines are met and assets are delivered accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day flow of creative jobs through the studio.
  • Track and update timelines, schedules, and status reports across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external approvals to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Support account and production teams with briefing documents, asset collation, and delivery.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (internal teams and external partners) to manage expectations and keep communication clear.
  • Ensure all assets are delivered correctly on brand and to specification.
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident liaising across teams.
