Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is a part-time opportunity to coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes job ads, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate communications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job ads, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate communications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for student placement and volunteer coordination, supporting both internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or a people-focused support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
  • A Certificate IV in Human Resources (or working towards one) will be highly regarded.
