Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Maintenance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of sailing programs by coordinating maintenance jobs on the vessel.
  • Organize and execute larger projects, including booking the vessel into the boatyard for routine maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular checks on fuel levels, latches, and other critical systems.
  • Coordinate working bees and volunteer activities to maintain a tidy and organized shed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with boats and sailing programs is advantageous but not necessary
