Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our Sydney office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle customer inquiries for sailing schedules, shipment status, container receipt, payment verification, export BLs, import EDOs, and general inquiries.
- Provide customers with updates on vessel schedule changes and planned cargo movements.
- Collaborate with operations teams for planned and unplanned changes.
- Identify new sales or trade leads and pass them on to the sales team.
- Promote ZIM's e-commerce products to customers.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for complex inquiries or out-of-scope services and respond to customers accordingly.
- Obtain customer acceptance for additional service fees before authorizing requested services.

**Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Merchant Marine Trade, Business Administration, or related fields is highly preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience in shipping or logistics business.
- Demonstrated knowledge of shipping documentations.
- Agile, strong customer focus, and good communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Fluency in English - both written and spoken.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
