Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a Home Care Support Worker to provide personal care services to our clients in their own homes. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

In this role, you will work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the principles of person-centered care and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Aged Care qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 months experience in a similar role
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Own insured, roadworthy vehicle
