Do you have a passion for making a difference in people's lives?

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. This role will involve providing home help services to our aged care clients, including general housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide home help services to clients, including general housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals to clients
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation

Requirements:

  • Experience working in aged care or a similar field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform the demands of the role

Benefits:

  • Award rate $40.93 per hour + Super + Paid KM's
  • Casual roles with a view to permanent part time positions
