Personal Support Worker Opportunity

Our organization is seeking compassionate individuals to provide personalized care and support to customers in their homes. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care activities such as showering and grooming
  • Support with medication management and administration
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
  • Transport customers to appointments and social engagements
  • Provide companionship and emotional support

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Relevant certification in individual support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • An accredited medication competency certificate
  • At least 500 hours of experience in home care or aged care
  • A current first aid certificate and CPR skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work weekdays
