About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Specialist to contribute to the enhancement of our digital interfaces and provide a superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize data insights from analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in digital interfaces, thereby elevating the user experience.
  • Implement and monitor cross-platform design consistency aligned with our brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the UX team and seek guidance to contribute to the development and implementation of wagering activities by providing expert advice on design that enhances the user experience.
  • Support research and user testing activities throughout the lifecycle of digital projects, including experimentation and measurement.
  • Apply human-centred design thinking methodology to investigate, assess, and evaluate behaviours of targeted groups of people and translate that knowledge into meaningful information and system designs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in website design utilising UX expertise.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and web standards, accessibility, and usability.
  • Able to approach work in an innovative and creative manner.
  • Able to communicate and document ideas through mock-ups and storyboards, prototypes, producing iterative design.
