We are seeking an experienced financial analysis expert to join our team.

This role involves providing financial guidance and advice to stakeholders across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex financial data, and effective communication skills.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercially focused role. A CFA, CPA, CA, or similar qualification is preferred. They will also have expertise in the property sector and be able to support development teams with financial modelling skills.

About You

You will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CFA, CPA, CA, or similar qualification is preferable. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercially focused role, you will bring expertise in the property sector and support development teams with financial modelling skills, including building feasibility and scenario models. You will possess strong commercial and industry awareness, enabling you to create trusted and meaningful business partnerships with stakeholders. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure, you will demonstrate leadership and team management skills.
