**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Timely, Efficient, and Accurate Transactions: Process cash and credit card transactions with speed and accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Workstation Setup and Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and clean your workstation according to company standards.
  • Sales and Customer Interaction: Prepare simple menu items, sell items, collect payment, make correct change, and interact with customers to ensure superior satisfaction.
  • Cash Register Management: Carefully enter all sales into the cash register to accurately record purchases.
  • Closing Duties: Perform closing duties including clean up, product storage, and trash removal.
  • Quick and Friendly Service: Provide quick, efficient, accurate, and friendly service to all guests.
  • ID Verification: Verify I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol.
  • Suggestions and Upselling: Suggestively sell and up-sell items to enhance customer experiences.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Mathematical Skills: Possess ability to perform arithmetic operations involving United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

Qualifications:
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-orientated setting.
  • Linguistic Requirements: Must be able to work fluently in English.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mobility and Safety: Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Health Requirements: Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Practice Safe Work Habits: Follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations. Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
