As a beverage server, you will provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and enter them into our point-of-sale system for seamless service.
  • Collect orders from the bar and kitchen and serve to guests promptly.
  • Compute bills, accept payments, and make change with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to all State, Federal, and local liquor regulations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the serving area at all times.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to ensure smooth service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification or have proof of current certification.
  • Must have ability to read and write English sufficient to understand menus, take and record orders, and communicate with guests.
  • Must have ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items and special promotions.
  • Must have cash-handling experience.
  • Must have ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale system.
  • Must be able to present a clean, well-groomed appearance.
  • Must possess sound, mature judgment, and be well-organized.
Physical Demands
  • Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
