Job Title: Bowling Attendant PT

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bowling Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure efficient operation of the bowling center, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers as they arrive and providing them with a positive experience.
  • Managing lane assignments and wait lists to minimize wait times.
  • Preparing for and conducting league play according to schedule.
  • Handling guest phone inquiries and taking reservations for open play.
  • Making promotional announcements and ensuring guests are aware of special offers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Be at least 16 years old with a valid work permit or high school diploma/GED/equivalent preferred.
  • Prior bowling experience is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of computers is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all team members and guests.
  • Proficient English communication skills.
