About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer on a casual basis. As the first point of contact for our centre, you will be responsible for providing expert and friendly service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service at reception, over the phone, and in all written correspondence
  • Process new memberships and promote information on our facility, classes, and other general enquiries
  • Make bookings and process payments
  • Perform open and close procedures, cash reconciliations, and banking duties
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to perform a range of administrative duties, including data and word processing, filing, and photocopying, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and MS suite
  • A National Police Check is essential prior to commencing in the role
