As our Production Assistant, you'll be responsible for tracking global production, delivering supplier communication, and maintaining accurate production trackers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to manage supplier relationships will be essential in ensuring timely delivery and resolving production issues.

With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you'll work closely with internal teams to resolve production issues and ensure seamless communication. Your ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in meeting our deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Senior Production Coordinator in tracking global production for e-commerce and retail apparel.
    • Deliver supplier communication to confirm orders and ex-factory dates.
    • Track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure on-time delivery by liaising with suppliers.
    • Maintain and update production trackers and associated software to keep accurate data for reporting.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production issues.
    • Compile and follow up on weekly freight reports and support late PO chargeback tracking.
    • Provide support to the Production Team by assisting with PO administration.
    • Create weekly production work-in-progress reports for suppliers and other data collection, reporting, and communication as required.

Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in production or a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Immediate skills in Excel, with the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.
    • Effective verbal and written communication, relationships building skills, and clear customer focus.
    • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
