We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development of cloud-based tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping games as a Development Director or in a Senior Production role, with at least 7 years of experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and manage project roadmaps for cloud-based tools, ensuring seamless adoption, integration, migration, and support.
  • Collaborate with leaders to align feature development and project goals, driving success through effective communication and project planning.
  • Manage direct reports within your area of responsibility, fostering a people-first approach that prioritizes team happiness and motivation.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira/JaaS.
  • Demonstrable experience using project management metrics to set development process success goals.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
