Job Overview:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • The successful candidate will help customers understand best practices around modern technology, AI and advanced cloud-based solutions.
    • They will provide expert guidance on how to optimally adopt and leverage the full potential of AWS services and the broader technology ecosystem.
    • This includes migrating existing workloads to the cloud, ideating and productionising AI solutions and accelerating the development of innovative industry technology.
    • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services and industry best practices.
    • They will be able to design, implement and optimise cloud infrastructure and applications for customers.
    • As a trusted advisor, they will help customers achieve their business objectives by fully leveraging the capabilities of AWS services and industry best practices.
  • Day-to-Day Activities:
    • Managing time effectively to support customers and account teams with detailed understanding of AWS Services.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions that accelerate customer business outcomes.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features and best practices to ensure customers benefit from their knowledge.

  • Develop deep consultative relationships with customers to understand their unique business challenges, technical requirements and compliance needs.
  • Architect and deploy resilient, secure and scalable cloud-based solutions tailored to each customer's industry.
  • Provide thought leadership and share knowledge and insights to help customers navigate the evolving cloud landscape.
