Job Overview

In this role, you will be the link between our organization and the local community, including job seekers, employers, and referral partners. Your focus is on delivering tailored employment services, growing brand awareness, and building inclusive networks to promote customer success.

You will work with partners across various regions to support customers through service access, identifying employment opportunities, and developing relationships that lead to real, lasting employment outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities include expanding community and employer networks, brokering work experience, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our organization as a trusted provider of employment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand community and employer connections to increase referrals and support diversity initiatives within employers.
  • Identify and assess employer/client compatibility for optimal employment outcomes.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Promote our organization's expertise in supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Analyse labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the local leadership team to coach teams to strengthen employer engagement and improve client career outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, or community development
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships across diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/ESS systems and solid administrative skills
  • Passion for inclusion and empowering others through employment
