Job Title: Career Pathways Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to play a crucial role in empowering individuals to achieve sustainable employment.
Your key responsibilities will include meeting specific targets, providing tailored guidance and coaching, job placement, and ongoing support to your client group.
Key Requirements- You should have experience within the Employment Services industry or demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre, or recruitment.
- Proven success within target-driven environments is critical.
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
Essential Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills who can bring experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field.
Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important.
