Career Transition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and individualized counseling to individuals facing career goal adjustments due to sudden changes in circumstances.
- Conduct detailed assessments to guide individuals toward new career paths, fostering their personal growth and development.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key partners, to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Identify barriers to return-to-work and design, implement, and monitor programs to support injured employees in their transition back to the workforce.
About You:
- Possess a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology, ideally at the 5th year-Masters Degree level for Psychology applicants.
- Hold registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
- Be passionate about empowering individuals through complex rehabilitation plans.
- Excel in stakeholder management and communication, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Your Purpose:
- Customer-centric: deliver high-quality counselling services that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Quality-driven: manage complex psychological injuries with unwavering standards of quality and care.
- People-focused: empower individuals and advocate for recovery and return to work, driving meaningful outcomes.
