Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional Educator to lead our specialist STEM program.

  • The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire creativity and build skills in students.

This is an opportunity to design and implement a comprehensive STEM curriculum from the ground up that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B.build positive relationships with students that support wellbeing and confidence in learning.
  • Create safe and supportive learning environments that promote curiosity and a growth mindset.
  • Design and implement a developmentally appropriate STEM curriculum for primary-aged students.
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive STEM lessons that integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
  • Collaborate with other specialist and classroom teachers to integrate STEM learning across the curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor and report on student learning and progress using digital tools.
  • Use current technologies effectively to enhance student learning.
  • Uphold and promote the Catholic identity, ethos and values of the school in all interactions and teaching practices.
  • Actively engage with professional learning and school improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the specialist team, uphold the Catholic ethos of the school, and align their practice with the school's Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement.
