STEM Program Facilitator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate STEM Program Facilitator to join our team. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning experiences for secondary students in a fun and engaging environment.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the design and development of programs that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in education, industry, and the community.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educators to develop and implement curriculum-aligned programs.
  • Ensure that all programs and activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in teaching, training, or facilitating groups, preferably in a STEM-related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in STEM education.
