Job Description

The Program Facilitator is a key role in our organization. As a facilitator, you will lead the delivery of our exciting Robots in Residence program in partner schools. You'll work with volunteers and teachers to create engaging, inquiry-based STEM learning experiences using robotics kits and coding tools.

Responsibilities include delivering weekly robotics and coding sessions onsite at schools, training and supporting volunteers to engage effectively with students, collaborating with teachers to create interactive, hands-on lessons, and contributing to program evaluation and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You are passionate about education, STEM, and making a difference. You thrive in dynamic environments and love working with diverse communities.

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in education, science, or engineering
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience working with students and volunteers
  • Flexibility to travel to school sites as needed
