About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our BaptistCare At Home team. As a Care Worker, you will provide quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes, assisting with daily tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, and medication assistance.

You will develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for making a difference in the lives of older Australians.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will also need to be a strong communicator with resilience and patience, and a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps, and email.
